Nicole was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu. She has been a Reiki practitioner since March 2019 and received her Usui Reiki level 1 & 2 certification under the teachings of Britt Yap. She has also taken an interest in learning Lāʻau Lapaʻau and Hoʻoponopono. Growing up with Hawaiian influences, including hula and Hawaiian outrigger paddling, helped structure her morals and values. Part of her mission is to blend the practices of Hawaiian healing and Reiki together to promote and perpetuate the culture she grew up with and become more sustainable in holistic healing. She learned Lāʻau Lapaʻau & Hoʻoponopono from Kahu Howard Peʻa and Kahu Poʻokela Ikaika under the Hui Mālama Ola Nā ʻŌiwi Program. She’s also influenced and guided in Hawaiian culture by Kumu Hula Rick Salado. The youngest of four girls, a wife and mother to two fur babies, Nicole is passionate about teaching, healing and connecting with people. “My goal is to continue to spread awareness that with the proper tools, we can all heal ourselves. I intend to be here for others in their time of need the best way I know how through teaching and guiding. The best gift you can receive and give yourself and others, is the gift of healing.”
