Samadhi is Puerto Rican and Mexican by background and grew up in the Bay Area to immigrant parents. Growing up, no matter how her family was doing financially, her parents always taught her the importance of compassion and giving without expecting anything in return. These values helped shape her into the person she is, but also made her struggle a lot throughout life to figure out what she wanted to do that would allow her to help other people in a meaningful way. Samadhi started her healing journey in 2021 because she was looking for more meaning in her life outside of her 9-5 job. At the time she was working in real estate and although she was doing well, she felt a void because she knew she wanted to make a bigger impact in a person’s life rather than finding them a house to buy. It wasn’t until she found Holomua Healing University and began learning Reiki that she found her purpose. Samadhi has been seeing clients in-person and virtually since she became certified in August 2021 and hand makes Reiki-charged jewelry alongside that. Samadhi feels grateful to be part of a network of healers who share the same passion for this work as she does.
“Through Reiki, I have not only found it easier to trust my intuition, but I also found a deep respect and love for every living thing in the world, as I now understand that everything is connected. To me, the best feeling in the world is the feeling I get when I am given the opportunity to help another person, and through Reiki, I am always given that opportunity.”
